Bookmark Contest

All ages can submit their bookmark art for the Nye Library Bookmark Contest. Pick up the form and rules at Nye Library. Top two winners in each category - Pre-reader, K-2nd Grade, 3-6th Grade, Teens, & Adults - will earn books as their prize! The winning bookmarks will be copied and laminated and added to the library's collection of free bookmarks for any patron to take. You can design your bookmark at home or attend any one of our three workshops offered in September. Only one submission per person, please!

Library patrons will vote on their favorite bookmarks throughout the month of October; one vote per age group, only! And, yes, you can vote for your own artwork!

Bookmark Contest Workshops

If you are interested in submitting a bookmark for the Nye Library Bookmark Contest, we have 3 workshops scheduled during September for the opportunity to come in and use our supplies to create your bookmark design. You are also welcome to create your bookmarks at home, but you will need to pick up the bookmark contest rules before you do! Ask at the front desk.
