Circuit style strength training class using a variety of equipment. Participants will learn proper form and use of equipment.
This class is for 6th - 12th grade at the Fort Sill Youth Center on Monday and Wednesday from November 26 - December 19, 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. Must be registered with CYS.
