Family Readiness Group (FRG) Unit Funds/Fundraising Training

FRG Leaders and volunteers must know the rules on using Unit funds and the difference between FRG informal funds and appropriated funds. This requires an understanding of regulations AR 608-2 and AR 608-1 (Appendix J). Regulations with hands-on scenarios and discussions are covered by an MWR subject matter expert. MOB/DEP encourages all Rear Detachment Commanders and newly assigned Commanders, as well as First Sergeants, FRG Leaders, Treasurers, and volunteers, attend this class.
