Held in the deep end of the pool, the ABST class stands for Aquatic Based Stability Training - coordination, strength, balance, stability, and core strengthening.
Classes will be held over deep water Monday & Wednesday at Rinehart Indoor Pool. All participants must be capable of passing swim assessment or participate in wearing a lifejacket.
