Savage Soldier Fitness Challenge

The FIRES Fitness Center Savage Soldier Fitness Challenge will take place throughout May 2026 and will push participants through a series of six high-intensity workouts.
Exercises include Ranger Burpees, Guerrilla Squats, Commando Crawls, V-Ups, Punisher Push-Ups, and Mountain Climbers. Participants can complete the challenge during designated hours at FIRES Fitness Center, Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
No registration is required. Participants must have a valid DoD ID to take part. Those who complete all six workouts will receive a free Savage Soldier T-shirt.
This program is part of the 2026 STRONG B.A.N.D.S. initiative, sponsored by Military Star and Discover Network. No federal endorsement intended.
