This is a 9 week Walking/Running 5K/10K Training Program.

This is a 9 week Walking/Running 5K/10K Training Program. Training will take place every Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday from 5:45 - 6:45 p.m. at Fort Sill's Prichard Field. Participants are preparing to run in a 5K/10K at the end of the season.
*Must attend a minimum of 5 weeks.
*Participants will need to wear appropriate footwear and clothing. All family members are encouraged to participate.
Free and open to CYS registered 5+.
Parent Central Services is currently accepting documents for influenza vaccination for all CYS participants.
CYS Youth Sports is always in need of volunteer coaches.
