Fort Sill Newcomer's Orientation is required for all Active Duty Soldiers and Family members are invited and encouraged to attend. The orientation is held at the Graham Performance Enhancement Center (2934 Marcy Road). A variety of installation agencies is represented and brief about their programs and services.
