Summer Reading Program

Children of all ages, teens, and adults can earn prizes for reading over the summer at Nye Library. Weekly from June 5 to August 1. 

Children too young to read on their own may have an adult or older sibling read to them. Join us for fun games, crafts, and prizes during the summer weeks and have a chance to meet old friends and make new ones. 

• Pre-readers: Wednesdays at 11 a.m.
• K-2nd Grade: Wednesdays at 2 p.m.
• 3-6 Grade: Thursdays at 2 p.m.

Summer reading program packets are available for pick-up at the circulation desk.

Open to the military community.
