Youth will learn gym etiquette, proper lifting technique, and safety. This will be a co-ed youth weightlifting 101 class at Honeycutt Fitness Center.

All participants must have a current registration with CYS to enroll in any Youth Sports and Fitness Program. Current Sports Physical and Influenza Shot are
required.
