All Youth Sports participants must be registered with CYS and have a current
sports physical on file before the first practice.
*The above information is subject to change due to cleared volunteer involvement,
participation enrollment, partnership schedules and available facility usage (practice/games).
**The amount of teams offered depends on the number of cleared volunteer coaches.
