Held in the deep end of the pool, the HIIT class stands for High-Intensity Interval Training - cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance.
Open to CYS registered youth ages 8 - 18. Practice will be on Mondays and Thursdays at the Fort Sill Golf Course.
CYS registered youth in grades 6-12 are invited to a cruise-themed summer camp!
