Held in the deep end of the pool, the HIIT class stands for High-Intensity Interval Training - cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance.
School is out but Fitness is in. Youth in 6th-12th grade can sign up for the 3-day Nutrition and Fitness Camp. Participants will receive nutrition education, pre/post-workout snack prep, and introductions to different workout styles. All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend.

Storytime promotes early literacy for toddlers to preschool-age children with good stories and a craft.
