Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Transfer, Relocation by whatever name, moving is seen as a burden by some, an opportunity by others, but is an experience shared by everyone. Executing a PCS doesn't have to be as burdensome or stressful as some might imagine. Remove some of the moving stress by attending this class.
