This Financial Management class is mandatory for all service members E4 and below who are on their initial PCS move. This class provides service members and their family with basic money management and financial strategies to help manage the relocation move. Topics include budget planning, using a checklist, benefits and entitlements. Unit commanders and command financial NCOs may refer any other service members requiring additional training by contacting the FRP Office.
