Join the 500 lb. or 1000 lb. Club at Goldner Fitness Center at 6 p.m.! 

The event is comprised of 3 lifts. Squat, Flat Bench, and Deadlift which equates to 500/1000 lbs respectively. Those who reach their goal receive a FREE shirt and a name tag on the plaque board.
