Join us at Goldner Fitness Center on Memorial Day to honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom! 

We will be doing a Memorial WOD to honor the fallen with Body Armor:
1 Mile Run, 100 Pull-ups, 200 Push-ups, 300 Air Squats, 1 Mile Run

The WOD will be briefed at 9 a.m. and will run heats through 2 p.m.

STRONG B.A.N.D.S

Step 1: Attend this event. 

Step 2: Wear your Strong B.A.N.D.S. wristband throughout May to show your commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
