Adventure and fun await. The Fort Sill Youth Center has planned a summer full of non-stop fun for children in 6-12 grade. Each week has a different theme and will feature fun field trips in the surrounding area.
Youth will learn gym etiquette, proper lifting technique and safety. This will be a co-ed youth weightlifting 101 class.

Go on an adventure as the New Parent Support Program (NPSP) explores the park through guided play and crafts!

RIPPED stands for Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet.

Water Aerobics - Safe, low impact exercise with plenty of cardio

A fast-paced cardio workout with kickboxing, plyometrics and body weight strengthening moves.
Storytime promotes early literacy for toddlers to preschool-age children with good stories and a craft.
Children ages 8-18 will learn the fundamental skills of archery.
