STRONG B.A.N.D.S. – STRONG Balance, Activity, Nutrition, Determination and Strength – promotes healthy, active lifestyles for Army communities. It helps motivate Army Soldiers, Families, Retirees and Civilians to get and stay fit.

Filthy 500 Fitness Challenge: May 4-8

Saturday - Sunday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday - Wednesday: 6:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Sign up at the Fires Fitness Center and receive a month's worth of workouts and a T-shirt for the challenge. Work out by yourself and train for the Challenge Workout.

 5 x 20 (100 Reps) of Deadlifts, Clean and Press, Barbell Rows, Kettlebell Swings and Bicycles, in between the sets is a 175-meter sprint or Walk.

Participants will receive a T-shirt and medal once the challenge workout is completed. The participant who completes the task fastest overall will receive an additional prize.

Memorial Day WOD Challenge: Saturday, May 25, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Commit to Staying Fit this May with STRONG B.A.N.D.S. Join us for a Memorial Day Murph Challenge on Saturday, May 25 at the 75th Fires Outdoor Track. The event briefing will start at 9 a.m. If weather conditions do not permit outdoor activities, they will be held inside the Goldner Fitness Center. It’s FREE and all fitness levels are welcome!
