Looking to get active and not sure where to start? Check out the Fitness Class schedule! All our fitness centers offer a great variety of activities and classes to fit your specific needs.

Description of classes

Body Sculpt: Increase Strength, Shed Body Fat, Improve Muscle Tone, Increase Bone Density, Improve Flexibility, and Workout with others in a fun, challenging atmosphere!
 

Indoor Cycling: Also known as “spin”, cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

Functional Fitness: A strength and conditioning program consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise, calisthenics (bodyweight exercises), and weight training.
Water Aerobics: This shallow water workout includes calisthenics style movements with variations of upper and lower body resistive moves. Participants march, jog and ski through the water to create resistance to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and flexibility.

Aches & Pains: Stretching, mobility, and pain management exercises.

Zumba: A dance fitness program that involves dance and aerobic elements. The choreography incorporates hip-‐hop, salsa, merengue, and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included, all help to gain endurance.

Ultimate Conditioning: Combine cardio training and strength training, while adding intervals, for an experience that will challenge you from week to week. This ultimate conditioning provides a variety of exercises for a full-body workout.

Fires Fitness Center - Maximum Capacity is 160
Mon-Fri: 5 am - 8 pm (CLOSED for cleaning from 0900-1000, Mon-Fri.)
Weekends: 8 am - 5 pm

No signing in guests.


Goldner Fitness Center - Maximum Capacity is 65
Mon-Fri: 5 am - 7 pm (CLOSED for cleaning from 0900-1000, Mon-Fri.)
Patrons with 20 Hour access cards have additional access: 8 pm - 12 am
Saturday/Holiday: 9 am - 2 pm
Additional Access Hours with 20 Hour access cards: 3 pm - 12 am
Sunday: CLOSED
Additional Access Hours with 20 Hour access cards: 4 am - 12 am

No signing in guests. New 20 Hour access will only be available for Active Duty Soldiers.

 

Honeycutt Fitness Center - Maximum Capacity is 125.
Mon-Fri: 5 - 9 am; 3 - 8 pm
Additional Access Hours with 20 Hour access cards: 10 am - 3 pm; 9 pm - 12 am
Saturday/Holiday: 9 am - 2 pm
