Fitness Class Scheule

Looking to get active and not sure where to start? Check out the Fitness Class schedule! All our fitness centers offer a great variety of activities and classes to fit your specific needs.

Description of classes

Body Sculpt: Increase Strength, Shed Body Fat, Improve Muscle Tone, Increase Bone Density, Improve Flexibility, and Workout with others in a fun, challenging atmosphere!

Cardio Kickboxing: A fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast paced cardio. Helps to build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and
burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and intense workout.

Indoor Cycling: Also known as “spin”, cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

Functional Fitness: A strength and conditioning program consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise, calisthenics (bodyweight exercises), and weight training.


Water Aerobics: This shallow water workout includes calisthenics style movements with variations of upper and lower body resistive moves. Participants march, jog and ski through the water to create resistance to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and flexibility.

Zumba: A dance fitness program that involves dance and aerobic elements. The choreography incorporates hip-‐hop, salsa, merengue, and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included, all help to gain endurance.

Yoga: Is mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, stretching, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. It involves
each of these to promote mental and physical well-being.

  • Weekends: 8 am - 6 pm


Goldner Fitness Center  
New Hours of Operation -  Effective August 2, 2021

  • Monday - Friday: 5 am - 2 pm
  • Sat. Sun & Holidays: CLOSED 

Unmanned Hours of Operation (Patrons with 20 Hour access cards)

  • Monday - Friday: 2:30 pm - 12 am
  • Sat. Sun & Holidays: 4 am - 12 am

20 Hour access will only be available for Active Duty Soldiers.

 

Honeycutt Fitness Center

  • Mon-Fri: 5 - 9 am; 3 - 8 pm
  • Additional Access Hours with 20 Hour access cards: 9 am - 3 pm; 8 pm - 12 am
  • Saturday/Sunday/Holiday: CLOSED
  • Additional Access Hours with 20 Hour access cards: 4 am - 12 am
     

20 Hour access will only be available for Active Duty Soldiers. 

 

Rinehart Fitness Center

  • Mon-Fri: 6 am - 3 pm
  • Sat. Sun & Holidays: CLOSED

Rinehart Fitness Indoor Pool

  • Mon-Fri: 11 am - 2 pm
  • Sat. Sun & Holidays: CLOSED
