Fitness Class Scheule

Looking to get active and not sure where to start? Check out the Fitness Class schedule! All our fitness centers offer various activities and classes to fit your needs!

Description of Classes

Body Sculpt: Increase Strength, Shed Body Fat, Improve Muscle Tone, Increase Bone Density, Improve Flexibility, and work out with others in a fun, challenging atmosphere!

Mobility and Strength: Stretching, Yoga, and Pilates-inspired mobility and strength exercises.

Functional Fitness: A strength and conditioning program consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise, calisthenics (bodyweight exercises), and weight training.

Indoor Cycling: Also known as "spin," indoor cycling is a high-energy workout performed on a stationary bike with a weighted flywheel. Classes focus on building endurance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness through intervals, hill climbs, sprints, and recovery periods. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class provides a motivating group environment set to upbeat music.

Water Aerobics: This shallow water workout includes calisthenics-style movements with variations of upper and lower body resistive moves. Participants march, jog and ski through the water to create resistance to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and flexibility.

Zumba: A dance fitness program that involves dance and aerobic elements. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, salsa, merengue, and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included, which all help to gain endurance.

Yoga: A mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, stretching, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. It involves each of these to promote mental and physical well-being.

Fires Fitness Center

  • Mon-Fri: 5 am - 9 pm
  • Weekends: 8 am - 6 pm


Goldner Fitness Center  

  • Monday - Friday: 5 am - 7 pm
  • Sat, Sun, & Holidays: CLOSED 

Unmanned Hours of Operation (Patrons with 20-hour access cards)

  • Everyday: 4 am - 12 am

20-hour access will only be available for Active Duty Soldiers.

 

Honeycutt Fitness Center

  • Mon-Fri: 5 am - 8 pm
  • Sat, Sun, & Holidays: CLOSED

20-hour access will only be available for Active Duty Soldiers. 

 

Rinehart Fitness Center

  • Mon-Fri: 5 am - 9 pm
  • Sat. Sun & Holidays: 8 am - 4 pm

Rinehart Fitness Indoor Pool 

  • Mon-Fri: 5:30 am - 1 pm and 4 pm - 7:30 pm
  • Wednesday: only open 5:30 am - 1 pm
  • Saturday: 10 am - 3 pm
  • Sun & Holidays: CLOSED
